I love grilling...and bread and what is better then doing them at the same time!!! These were delish and we stuffed them full of Lamb kabobs and yogurt mint sauce.....to die for! I am salivating right now and my butt grew an inch!!!!! Enjoy!!
Pita Bread
1 1/2 Cup Warm Water
...1 T Yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 Cup Flour
Mix with bread hook and let proof for ten minutes
Add 3 more cups of flour
3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp salt
Mix for ten minutes
Does should be elasticy...
Let rise until double in size / roll into about twelve balls let sit for ten minutes and then roll out to desired size and thickness.
I cooked my bread right on the grill on low intil their were slight grill lines...you can also put tiles on your grill and cook that way!!
